Each pump stroke delivers properly metered epoxy at one gallon per minute. The 318 pumps can be connected to PRO-SET drums using chemical-resistant hoses and plumbing fittings at most hardware stores.rnrnFor larger dispensing systems, all PRO-SETu003csupu003e®u003c/supu003e infusion, laminating, and hardening resins and hardeners can be batch-measured and dispensed at a 3:1 volume ratio. When the yellow-dyed resin and blue-dyed hardener are thoroughly mixed, they create a consistent green-tinted epoxy mixture. If the mixture appears streaked, it indicates insufficient mixing. Most resins and hardeners can be dyed upon request before shipping by adding a QC (Quality Control) after the product number. Adhesives can also be dyed black (BK).
